In my area, Swish Fibre dug up the roads and installed fibre all over the place.
I became a customer and it worked great, I was one of the first customers, Cuckoo Broadband bought it recently, and its still digesting it, which is a big problem for anyone wanting to get onto this network.
The network is there but it's in stasis in reality, its just sitting there and rotting as APFN slowly add it to their wholesale platform (Aquila) without any transparency as to when this will happen.
This shouldn't normally be a problem for existing customers, everything seems to be working, unless you need to add or move a connection.....or unless, you had your service accidentally cancelled like I have, as there is NO WAY to cancel the cancellation nor have it reinstated as the Aquila system still shows there is no service in my area.... depsite me using it to post this message right now.
Does anyone know anyway to manually contact APFN or Cuckoo, on the slight chance I can appeal to a decision making human rather than a dis-empowered bunch of robots which are nowadays passed off as customer service representatives?
