Ive requested my MAC code over the phone, how does this work will i have to pay for the remaining months?

See my page on The MAC process smile.

Only your Pipex T & Cs can tell you whether you are currently on a monthly notice period or whether you started a new 12-month period each year.

Have you decided where to move to yet? If not, post a link to what samknows says about your exchange.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk
My domains, website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Internet connection - O2 Standard.

You must have joined them about same time as I did. That was when Pipex was one of the best.

Hope you find a good ISP to join.

ps Please turn off the lights on way out wink

Ah I remeber those days well Nadger!

The question is should one of us repeat the leaving mantra? I'm not sure they have cleaned up their act in respect of refunding monies... over-billing etc

Hopefully the OP pays by direct debit and I think the advice to cancel it applies whoever one is dealing with.

I left whilst Pipex Comms were still the owners - got mac the day the proposed sale to Tiscali was announced - so fortunately escaped the subsequent problems we've seen on the forums.

Me to, then they went south esp with tech suppoprt. So joined Namesco as a youthful company, they sold out as well and now they seem to be more interest in domain service stuff and not BB with tech support now shifted out to India and not comparible with their previous UK support.

On the hunt again. ZEN is frontrunner - any other suggestions - and don't say BT please.
