However, in my previous post I was asking you why you said the movee had to pay termination fees when O2 was unable or refused to provide any Services at all at the new address. Maybe you just meant the same package at the same price.
There is nothing I have seen in the Ts&Cs to properly clear up that issue. If I was a judge I would consider it unfair on O2 to potentially take a loss by letting someone out of a contract early because that person decided to move. As I said earlier, if a person decided to move to the US would they be allowed to cancel the contract for no penalty because O2 can't deliver a service to them? I would say no. Why would it be any different if they moved to an exchange not served by them/BT or that had some other technical reason that they can't deliver?
