Blueyonder webmail (virgin)

When I'm away, I access emails and internet via wifi and my Nokia 770 tablet, now 4 years old. It works fine but it doesn't have Javascript, so I can't access my Virgin webmail. Virgin webmail is based on googlemail but I can access Googlemail because it gives me a link to basic HTML version when I sign in. Is there anyway I can access the Virgin webmail, or should I just give up and rely on Googlemail? (which is absolutely fine - I'm really only curious!)
