When I moved it was easy, so I expect it still is. You don't even need to contact Purple Cloud, all necessary bits at their end you can do online.
I can dig out the instructions emailed me by Tsohost perhaps tomorrow, but not at the moment sorry.

That depends what they have done with them and/or what has happened to them doesn't it? Only they can answer the question.
It isn't like changing ISP either. You change the settings on Purple Cloud to point to the new host, but that just stops anything new arriving at Purple Cloud after a day or so. (Just like website addresses, email server addresses have to propagate round the net).
You still have access to both the old and new, until you let the Purple Cloud subscription lapse.

I changed from PurpleCloud to Tsohost this week. It was surprisingly painless. Well, mostly!
After setting up my Tsohost account (including transferring domain) I went to PurpleCoud and set the nameservers to the Tsohost ones. Tsohost give you all the details. Within a matter of minutes, I was able to pick up new mail from there.
So I'm now checking both Tscohost and PurpleCloud for mail. I contacted PurpleCloud about whether I would see me emails again and they (eventually) told me that the emails are in a queue and they would eventually get to my mailbox. I doubt whether I will get all my emails but hopefully will get most.
The difficulty I currently have is to do with PurpleCloud. I transferred my domain to Tsohost (make sure you unlock the domain from PurpleCloud first) but I need an EPP authorisation code to make it happen. I've asked PurpleCloud for it but (as usual) have had no response. I need to chase this up as they are legally obliged to give me this.
So go ahead and transfer to Tsohost. You won't regret it! My short experience with them, by phone and email, has been very good.

When I left Purple Cloud I'm sure there was an option in the control panel to say you wished to transfer a domain out, and everything was done online. I didn't need to contact their support at all.
Somewhere low down on the domain page perhaps?

I am not too technical, and my boss has not received email for over a week. I have submitted tickets but no reply. I did get a message suggesting configuring the email - disk space was full - don't know how to do this or even if it is the reason no emails are being received. Can anyone help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps the file space allocated for your e-mails on the (Daisy?) server has been exceeded. This could well lead to them rejecting any new e-mails for your account.
Can you log in to your Daisy account? You might need to manually purge old e-mails.
