Go to your inbox in Horde and you will see a purge deleted option to the right of the screen (under where is shows the number of message). I don't know if you need to do that for each folder you have.

Sorry but I do not/cannot see a purge deleted option anywhere on the screen - I wish I did!!! Thanks.

When you are looking at the list of message headers, the right-hand column is the size of the email. It has a heading - "Size".

The "Purge Deleted" is the next thing up from that column heading on mine at Tsohost.

Got here while looking for a new email provider. I've been with PurpleCloud for a few years. It wasn't a bad service and quite cheap. But the last few months have been terrible. Email has been taking days to get through and support are slow to respond, if at all. Apparently the problem is due to spam but there is no mention of any problems on their status page.

Thats a shame.

I used to use Purple Cloud when they first launched, always had a good service from them back then, although we are talking quite a number of years.
