Plusnet Speeds

First, may I admit they are better than our previous service providers, AOL gave us 3.4meg and BT 4.2meg. Still, Plusnet charge us £24 odd a month for an upto 20meg service on their 'Plusnet Unlimited' package, we get 6.0meg. This is a speed of an upto 8meg service, but we pay for upto 20meg. We definitely don't have a 20meg IP Profile, like we should.
How can we complain to get our connection upgraded so our profile is as it should be?

Can you post your sync speed and router stats please?

It would only be a 20Mb IP profile if your line is capable of that. It might be only capable of *up to* 20Mb, giving you 6Mb.

If you post some router stats and the output of a BT Speedtest, we should be able to see what sync you currently have as well as the current throughput rate.

BT Speedtest hasn't worked since I got Plusnet activated. Just tried again, "An Error has Occured!".

BT Speed Tester Lite (Beta) says "Download Speed (Mbps): 6.30".

It would be interesting to see what the line stats are like just now.
