Im not really sure where i stand with BT anymore after constant lies about my issues!Did you at any time contact BT's high level complaints team, via Ian Livingston's (BT CEO)office ? They no doubt would have more clout than some rubbish bb complaints team they repeatedly cut you off without a proper reason, where rude to you during a telephone conversation, and they it would seem have overcharged you also

For compensation if you feel that they owe you some for all the stress lack of service ,taking monies from your bank that they are not owed,
Then maybe making a complaint with their ADR service may be in order even though you are no longer a customer you can still make a complaint , you have some documentary evidence OSC Oh and you could also report your case to the BBC watchdog consumer program , BT have been featured on it a few times ,that would be a bit more revenge , against the monopoly who don't care about it's customers
