Sounds more and more like the problem is not showing on BQM so may be the routes to the services/game server you are using.

Shows a connection that is used, and its not heavy use, just web browsing and you tube.

That would mean Telia are better than BT wholesale for gaming.

We placed an order to move you on to the elevated wholesale product, that completed today. I've also made a slight alteration to the connection speed on our system in order to ensure we're controlling the QoS on the line correctly.
I've been back over your tickets and can't see which games you're having issues with. Have we asked you to provide any wireshark captures yet? That's the next step to ensure we're prioritising these games correctly.

There have been nights I havn't been in and the internet hasn't been used at all but with the same results. Even nights I'm in or the wireless is being used. I'll only be playing/hosting a game or streaming something on catch up tv and the wireless cant even use more than 20% of the connection. I wouldnt had thought using under 10% of the connection could course instability and besides its all the time when it comes to my game being synced to the server.
Are you gaming via a wireless or wired connection? I ask "just in case" there is something in or around your house that is being turned on at the same time as you're playing games and somehow interfering with the wireless channel. I'd always opt to use wired connection(s) to the router for gaming as it's a sure fire way to keep your connection nice and solid to the game.
Edit: Ignore signature, no longer with Be* need to update it =)

So, you've had similar issues with other ISPs!
Maybe it's your setup with internal wiring.

Just to clarify the situation,
I'm connected via Cable to the plusnet router and the router is connected to the BTOR FTTC vDSL modem. The modem is connected to the master socket faceplate/filter fitted by the BTOP engineer. Never moved, restarted once and couldnt be more closer to the master socket.
I left Wightcable (Now know as Wightfibre) because they had major problems that lasted almost 2 years and in peak times gaming was a no go but otherwise ok. When I changed to PN there was a noticeable difference in the performance of my online games with some strange delay in all games (please read above for more details) and haven't been able to play p2p with out problems since. But my PN connection when I first joined didnt have any peaktime high latency and for that reason I sew it as a better choice. Since the beginning of this year PN have started having latency issues in the peak time and had progressive started occurring earlier in the day . This was being addressed a few months back but it would seem that PN are satisfied with the work they have done. Leaving my gaming experience jittery and hit detection non existence.
I think its fair to say I would like to play in the day and not 3am. Not that its even possible for me to be awake at those times unless I'm working late and want to get some gaming in before I sleep.

Whats a "elevated wholesale product"?
Do I need to do anything? or would you like me to get on with a wireshark captures?

You don't need to do anything regarding the elevated product, it's just to try and give your connection a bit more priority.
If you could do the wiresharks that'd be great. Ideally starting them before you open the game, then let them run for a minute or 2 into the game.

Try the filter in the test socket, behind the faceplate, just to eliminate extensions.

On FTTC two things to remove to get to the test socket.
