shall I take it to a small claims court and ask them why they've done it when I have evidence of 13Mb/s? (The contract itself is a 17Mb/s contract)

Nice result....

But TBH. What could support have done till the guy came and found the internal & external faults...

But are you now still going to take them to court as they are still breeching the contract wink

But that's the whole point, the engineers are dispatched at the request of the CP, so what support should have done is raised a ticket with Openreach at a much earlier stage.

Be careful to check for any charges. Internal wiring work is usually billable, but usually only when external issues were not also present. So I think overall it should be fine. I would double check things though, ie check the bills. I am so glad it has been resolved.

Problems are back
Speeds are 3-4Mbps lower than usual.. perhaps peak time.

However, the internet is going out periodically again, all the time.

Router stats now? Always key to speed issues. No point in talking about speed w/out them.
