7th time lucky and we have internet!!

Does fibre still need a little while to stabilise like ADSL or is the speed i'm getting now (33mb) what we'll continue to get?

FTTC starts at its fastest, just leave it well alone and let it do its thing. If it sees 'too many' errors it may slow things down to reduce error counts.

Generally takes 24 to 48 hours to settle down to your standard speed, but can vary over time, i.e. stabilisation is always happening.

Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service. As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information.

Strange still getting this message.
