mac code

Talk talk wont give me a mac code and say as I am LLU I don't need it spent over 20minutes asking for this and was transferred three times with no mac code at the end of it I am going to sky and the paperwork requests this mac but the phone number to give sky code does not work so I don't know if they need this only getting broadband and line no TV any suggestion's please

If on TalkTalk Full LLU then there is no MAC to generate.

Moves from TalkTalk to Sky do work online, but if that fails you may have to revert to phoning up, just ensure you get a commitment to honour any offers.
