Whilst said work has so far stabilised line speed (Though its been 2 days not crossing me fingers) it has traded it in for awful latency issues in games at random times (100-500ms pings a plenty).

Can you update your ticket with us then please stating the above as latency issues is not something that's being reported to us. Likewise, can you enable ICMP responses on your circuit in prep for us to sample your line.

I believe so too. Have asked many a time to be changed, either emails to TBB get no response or in the past not meeting criteria (though I can't recall what that was currently).

wow that's strange... I cannot see why they would not just be able to "prove" that via your e-mail address and they can then make u and ISP Rep.
