If you're going to quote content that breaches the rules, your post will go too.. just saying..

I can understand the frustration about VM customer services from the stories I hear.

Your best bet is to try and get a good deal on a fibre line, or if that isn't available then even an adsl2+ package can sometimes be a good usable connection speed.
