Fleur Telecom

To test the ADSL line Fleur are insisting on 3 tests in one day using the BT wholesale speedtest site. Is this normal practise now?

Yes - they need 2 to be able to raise to BT but BTO prefer 3. always been that way. I used to work for an ISP and it's vital to give a snapshot over say 24 hours.
