Switches off

I had virgin installed yesterday and ever since its been installed my computer restarts with blue screen every 20 minutes whilst browsing, i called the tech dep several times they don't know anything. I have also have vista so i don't know it that is the problem cause they don't know either CAN ANYBODY HELP!

sounds like usb problems

check irq settings

also power supply volt rails

Sounds like 'Stanman' has hit the nail on the head with the usb problems

Have you considered connecting via an ethernet connection instead ?
