Daily Connection problems

For some reason for about a week around 4-6pm my connection suddenly stops working and i have to manually reset the modem.

Once the modem is reset the connection is brilliant. I dont think its the modem thats at fault i think its a network issue, can anyone else tell me if they have the same problem?

AMD Athlon 64 4200+ AM2 Dual Core, ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe 570 NForce Mainboard, 2GB DDR 2 667Mhz OCZ Ram, 730GB Hard Disk Space, 512mb NVidia 8500GT PCI-E 16x Graphics, 700watt PSU.

Virgin Media 10mb which is now 20mb :-)

Actually I had that when it was my Router packing up - friends used to laugh if I was on AIM when it was due - we waited for the 10pm drop out every night till we sussed the problem
