iPlayer buffering

[link to this post]

The majority of the time iPlayer plays fine, even the HD content plays fine usually. But occasionally, like right now as I'm trying to watch Murray v Wawrinka it plays for a minute or two and then goes into a buffering fit where it it will play for a second than buffer for 3 seconds then play for a second then buffer for 3 seconds etc...

I've tested my connection speed as its doing this buffering nonesense it's by far good enough for this quality of video... ping 34, down 16 mbs, upload 0.72mbs

Where do you think the problem is when iPlayer goes into these moods? BBC's or Virgins?

If just my friends are anything to go by, then it maybe BBCs.
Most of them have been watching tennis on iPlayer today

BBC might be having some issues. It has done for the last month. Capacity of their own network might be a problem. BBC don't use p2p as a method of streaming anymore so that cannot possibly be a problem.
