The guys on the newsgroups just log straight onto the equipment you connect to at Virgin. Red Tools, Blue Tools, etc, are just diagnostic tools that present the output from the equipment in a nice friendly way.... not that it helps some of them mind wink

Just had a txt from virgin saying my issue is now resolved... are you sure?!

A test of download speeds from the gamefiles site shows the same 3mb i always get ¬_¬

Even so windows has been known to display odd values at times, maybe its better now than it used to be.
