New connection, no details

I should be getting connected on Friday, BB, TV and Phone.

I have my account details. but no details for BB.

The welcome pack says that the BB details are "to follow"

When will these arrive? Should I get them before the installation?

Yes.

VM BB does not require a user name and password to be entered in. if it does I've never seen it anyway so you don't need to worry about that.

Assuming an engineer is going to do your installation, they would normally make sure things are working before they leave.

Install completed, BB is fine, but no TV, they cant activate the box!

Not a good start!

Sounds like the good old days when I used to be involved with Telewest. Sounds like they can't send the hit to the box to get it activated.

They shouldn't leave until this is done as often the box won't come up and you'll need a fault tech out.
