Virgin 30mb problem ordering

I almost took the plunge and ordered the new 30MB product. However the website has gone haywire and will not allow me to order broadband without a virgin phone. Is someone trying to tell me something here, are the powers to be giving me an advanced warning of a grave mistake? I'll try again tomorrow but it's a bit of a worry when a firm makes an announcement of a super duper new product and then fails to upgrade its ordering system to cope with new users.

Might just be a massive demand. Call them and it will be done right away.
