Swapping Superhub between properties

Does anyone know if it's possible for a Superhub to be taken to another property that that has had Virgin Media setup before (but not currently live) and within the same area (next street along)?

Is the network smart enough to recognise something has changed or does it all revolve around being on the same CMTS and having the same identification parameters within the modem?

Virgin have an option to move your connection with you if you're moving house, where you can use your existing router:

If you just called them up to re connect at the new address, they'd probably treat it as a new provision with an engineer visit and new router supplied.
