I've got no plans to upgrade, don't need the extra speed over what I have on the downstream, more up would be nice, but we also have FTTP being deployed in our area with some parts now live. So depending on pricing I may be able to get away from Virgin, they are great until something goes wrong.

I currently pay £35 for phone and M350 and talked to them yesterday about upgrading.

I got M500 for £45, so an extra £10 a month but also a £20 credit.

What did they quote you if you don't mind me asking?

I pay £32 for 350Mb/Talk Weekends/Player TV - They wanted £77 for change in tier. May speak to them as i'm out of contract and price goes up in 4months

Tell them you want to cancel and they should transfer you to retentions who have access to better deals.

I'd love 500 to be available in my area for the upload.
I pay £89 for broadband, all tv, land line and an unlimited data sim

I've no idea how you got BB and phone for less than they're selling it now. I wouldn't be bothered trying to call up for ages to haggle.

My mate beat that. He upgraded to M500 from M350 for just £40 a month but no credit. He happy his download speed is 548Mbps and 41Mbps up
