I called up 3 weeks ago to say I wanted my service to end on that date. They took it a 30 days notice which took me to the 24th and they said they would refund a few quid due to the 2 days difference.
Fast forward to yesterday and I called to re-new with them. (I was hoping I could get GigaFast but its not ready yet)
I went for the M100 and phone vs M500 that I am on now to save a little bit of money. Thats £33 per month.
Today I log in to my VM account to see something shocking.
The new contract is not from the 24th but from the 18th Dec! Meaning I am getting charged £69 for my M500 connection from now till the 18th
What on earth are they playing at? Is there something I am missing here?
Going to give them a call tomorrow and see if I can sort that out but would love some input from you guys about this.
