Ive Been having issues with my Virgin Media internet, the speeds are fine but I'm forever having ping issues, i called Virgin and they said there is issues and they would send a guy out to my house, he came and said there's nothing wrong and the advice he gave was to try deleting somethings off the WiFi. this didn't work so i saw online to do the think broadband test, but i don't really understand the graph.
please can someone help
