Re-ordering under a new person

Hi,

So my 18 month contract is coming to an end, I've gone through the cancellation hoops and the best they can offer me is £54.

So my question is, new customers can get the same deal for £41.

Whats the deal with me cancelling, then reordering under my other halfs name, mobile and bank account?

i've found older posts around this but nothing recent

That's what my daughter did when my son-in-law's contract came to an end.
Wouldn't match the price so cancelled & she signed up.

I was put through to retentions. The best they could offer me was £60.00. waited two weeks before my cancellation date, went on to my VM account page and an offer was ther for £50, so I accepted it.
