connection down, fix not for 6 days?!

VM 1 gig, 'a problem in the area' WA4 warrington area

connection is down, reboot router, but stops and down multiple times with approx up to 6 hours and constant drops, over the last 24 hours!

connection has been pretty solid for 18 months, now out of contract...

Well stuff happens.

Sucks when things go wrong but 18 months with no issues worth mentioning is damn good.

A fix arrived after 4 days down. compensation was 20 quid. Presently out of contract and paying 68 quid a month for 1 gig.

Luckily I had my back up FTTC with Zen so was able to switch over to that for the duration.

waiting on freedom fibre and openreach to install and activate my area, then will be off and away from virgin.
