Since VM took over Telewest, their services have been dire. Internet connection dropped almost 3 times a week, speeds not what they are supposed to be and technical support is a joke. I'm sick of poor Internet service since the takeover. Oh and I can't even get digital TV anymore. Apparently since VM took over, they have made changes to the wiring in my area and now the signal strength to my house is so low TV is out of the question.
General Comments

Don't bother with Virgin Media. Virgin is trying to dominate the world with it's services but never really focus on one particular strength. The size of Virgin is it's downfall and it's staff members are spread too thinly over it's services providing a generally poor result to it's customers. Virgin Media being the poorest.
