for a start my modem refused to sync after being reset - coming up with time sync errors
i rang up their nice 0906 number who wanted an engineer call out - so i agreed
woke up this morning and it was online again so i rang up and said it was working but could they remote login to check - they said it was fine - i then reset the modem and the problem rehappened but this time i turned off all my pcs on the lAN and reset the modem and it worked
this time the cfg file had been uploaded and i ended up with around 65 KB/s upload but my downstream was sitting as it has been the last month around 6 mbit
I got the engineer call out cancelled and got my calls refunded but it seems to me as if they tech support havent a clue to whats happening locally in terms of upgrades and maintenance
seems to me that the 25p a mnute is nothing more than a money maker to recover the losses of customers jumping ship to SKY
I am wondering how long I can take this before i jump ship also consdering my favourite two channels have gone and now my dsl connection is below average in terms of speed / browsing and reliability
