Host name?

Hello,

I am considering getting Virgin Media 20meg cable. However, when it was NTL, I know that the host name took the form xxxx-locationx-x-x-custxx.location.cable.ntl.com. Is this still the case with Virgin? Because I consider them putting the location in as a serious privacy issue... Can anyone give me an example of the current host masks (somebody who fresh signed up to Virgin as opposed to being an NTL/Telewest customer).

From that I would guess that the "cam" part means Cambridge? Or perhaps the "pool" bit means "Poole"...?

Yes i am at bournemouth , poole is very near here.
