Responses inline, probably the exact same ones that come up every time you brag about your usage and discussions start
As is always said by people who have no idea how things work.
Not really he does have a point, heavier users are the excuse VM trotted out for STM on earlier products. In addition pricing for the services is based on peak bandwidth usage per customer which gets a tad skewed by someone doing 5 HD movies in a day.
To start with I'm on a different network. As is highlighted by the fact i'm on a UBR allocated to the 50MB network ( 11 where I was on 4 on 20MB)
You share a 150Mbit network with quite a number of 50 and 20Mbit users. You can potentially impact them.
It's "regular users" who foolishly miss out on what their connection can achieve.
Depends what they want to do with it I guess, if people aren't interested in downloading HD they aren't missing much

If 'regular users' were not foolishly missing out your connection and mine would cost much more than they do due to far higher utilisation per customer.
Those lovely 'regular users' subsidise heavier users in a pretty big way still. The average VM customer is still using less than a GB a day.
What you got to say to that?
The above! Don't knock the 'regular users' they rock!
