Does anyone know whether this 10% upload speed will also apply to business packages?

Currently we get 0.75 Mbps upload with the 10 Mbps download, and could do with as much more upload speed as we can get...

In reply to a post by Chrysalis:
well the proposed time frame is just 6 months, that seems a very low amount of time considering some areas need multiple reseg's to handle this.

if the upgrade happens in my area and congestion is also relieved I will hold my hand up and say well done, until then I remain cautious.

The areas needing multiple node splits aren't the problem, they've been doing additional splits all financial year. The issue will be areas like this one which will need partial rebuilds to support the higher speeds. Your are will be a fairly easy one, just node splits, as the network is pretty new.

If you can get any of the FTTC business products they are well worth considering - I think the BT product with up to 10Mb upstream is £45/month.
