You might get a tiny bit more if you can configure the superhub to G only wireless if that is what your adaptor supports. Sounds as if you have an adaptor/laptop with a "super-g" adaptor maybe?
Hopefully someone with VM will assist here - as my friends have only the 10m service so don't have the hub
James - be* pro - on THFB - sync about 17.2mbps - BQM
Here's a couple of wireless speedtests from the wife's laptop this morning. The laptop's about 30 feet away, but distance doesn't seem to matter that much. It's an Acer 6930Z running Vista.
You're going to see a theoretical max of 24 mbps via wifi, however if neighbours have wifi to (which they will), cordless dect phones, baby monitors, wireless tv transmitters, ususally you see a max of 10 - 20 meg on wireless G. So 15 meg seems about right given interference.
You need to upgrade to wireless N for any quicker speeds
If I were you I'd move the router and computer as far aware from the TV as possible as this can cause problems. TVs can be very effective barriers to radio signals so best if yours is not between the router and computer, and better still if both are further from the TV anyway. .
