Virgin Media Upload Speed

Download: 9862kbps
Upload: 481 kbps
I'm on the M package, the link below shows that i should be getting up to 1Mb upload

I've done the speedtest right in the morning and late evening and i still get the same results. I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem or a solution. Thanks in advance

As you are on a legacy product I'm guessing you have an old modem too - maybe it doesn't support the increased upload. What does your modem config specify?

Probably your modem http gui will be on http://192.168.100.1/ and you should be able to find the upstream data.

I'm on the M package too. Had a new modem sent a while back, connected up, and a couple of weeks later was seeing

You need a new modem - give them a call.

Of course my UBR is joint last to be updated - Apr 12...
