Hi,
I've moved into a new house which was built in place of an old peoples home, this development consists of 6 new houses. 1 of these new houses has cable.
When I ring up I am told that cable isn't available at my property however cable runs down both sides of the road and to the road at the end which is a cul-de-sac. As such common sense would suggest that the cable does run past my house.
I am unable to tell as the path was relaid as part of the housing development.
I cannot understand why someone within the 6 new houses can get cable but I cannot?!
How can I go about confirming 100% that I can either receive it or not? Sales people on the phones are no help!
