I doubt it - you probably just suffered from congestion which can strike very quickly on networks using skinny local pipes which are part and parcel of how cable has to operate.

i use to ring em up about it

they reset my modem then miraculously my connection was working at full throttle again

shame as i was prepared to move to vm a few months back but i always knew they were going to start messing around with the higher tier products based on their cashback offers and half price deals

i am still sniffing about though
