Re: VM say I don't have a problem with my 60mb connection!

yeah I answered one of the 100 or so calls from retentions (since I gave notice), I said given that I am now paying for a much more useable broadband service elsewhere and that VM is effectively just a backup to me in its current state I will pay £5 month inclusive of line rental etc. I dont care if they dropped it to eg. 2mbit/sec. Take it or leave it, just to see how desperate they are. The answer was no.

BT Infinity 2 Since Dec 2012 - Estimate 65.9/20 - Attainable peak 110/36 - Current Sync 71/20

ASBOdog seems very knowledgeable about VM but I wish I could understand what he writes. How do I change channels as he suggests?

Repeat until bored if it's anything like my area. There are two upstreams that I've seen but rebooting to change rarely works for me. I suppose it is supposed to select upstream based on load but I'm far from convinced it actually does.Roll on upstream bonding.

There is a difference between getting the best deal and whinging like a spoiled brat when you can't get what you want.

I have never changed gas or electric supplier as the cost is ok for me and the speed of my gas supply is more than adequate for my download needs. Been with O2 for mobile for years as I get discount with their broadband.

And it's you're not your.

Can anyone beat my graph??

Network team at virgin are still saying the utilisation is not high enough to do anything about and the utilisation should be hardly noticeable.
