The initially refused to install ours stating no more new installs where there was work required but they gave in eventually...

I was in negotiations for a big red fibre line at anther site at the time..

I do see the odd disconnect but I have Adsl backup for the vpn so don't get user complaints about service drops...

thats effectively nothing then because on the consumer product unless the modem is off for a long time the ip is sticky anyway, and if the business also changes on a reseg its not actually any better for a fixed ip. I had my last VM ip for about 2-3 years.
