I just had enough with virgin media rubbish 1.7Meg from 152Meg, this is not unaccepted sold as a 152Meg product service to me as fed up with high utilisation in my area and no fix time is given. Just cancel it and put 30 days notice in.
lucky the manager agreed it was due to my area high utilisation and offer me as a goodwill gesture of one month free broadband until the last day of my disconnection taken on the 10th of April. They also noted that 7 days is not correct as it was 28 days cooling off period.
