I might seriously consider try 2 x FTTC to get speed below:

72Meg x 2 = 144Meg down
17Meg x 2 = 34Meg up

Is that correct with 2 x BT Master Socket?

But problem is what about BT Openreach Modem? It need 2 x of it plus 2 x routers plus one load balancer router?

My virgin media is still [censored] speed all day http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3363716790

I am so shocked as my back garden cable was sharing with other neighbour as they try to stealing my connection. First time I notice it today. I haven't been to back garden for months. Report to virgin media now.

You clearly have no idea how the virgin network works. They're not stealing your connection.

Yeah, I used to share my drop from the cab with my neighbor for 3 months whilst virgin sorted out a re-pull for them, they don't get any access to your equipment its simply just sharing the frequencies sent down the cable.

And as far as your Wireless being "hacked" goes, it don't seem correct as when you was doing the speed test's it would of pulled a lot more bandwidth than you shared with us due to the load balancing..

And..

The only issue I know of with wireless security on the SH2 is that when it is starting up after a restart the networks broadcast for some seconds un-protected and don't require a WPA passkey to be entered, In that time the "hacker" can login to the SH2's GUI with the default admin password and get the WPA passkey so that once the network secures its self they can login "legitimately"

That's why I always recommend changing all WiFi names and passkeys and also the GUI passwords too as most ISP readily configured routers have these issues due to them using calculators to make the security details and later on you can just enter the SSID online and get the passkey to login.... I know as i have done this in the past with Sky, O2 and BT routers and that's not to mention the wifi security gap that can be taken advantage of too.

I don't use wifi anymore. I turned it off. I stick with ethernet cable and encryption powerline (homeplug)

They offer me three months free of charge and removed 12 months contract. And they had admitted that it was high utilisation in my area and the fix could be within 3 months. They also asked me to ring back if there is no fix time as I have two option choices, leave or they could give me a further free of charge. They admitted that a staff shouldn't have upgraded me to 152Mb as a mistake because of problem ongoing with 152Mb in Telford area.

Oh well, at least I got three months free! smile
