indeed, looks like you issues have been resolved.

Does look like the network might need some more bandwidth as your minimum and average ping is bit higher than most but its stable and that's all you can ask.

If this was an ADSL/VDSL fault with openreach it would of taken weeks/months of time to sort, with their lead times etc.

Good job to Virgin, sorted in a few days

VDSL fault is very rare with BT. Virgin are the worse faults too many times! I had about 23rd times engineer come out since 2007 with Virgin Media
