Why would a VDSL fault be rare compard to ADSL/ADS2+ ?

This makes no sense. Ive had 2 faults on my BT Infinity since installed

U have a problem with your line BuckleZ. My line is no issues with ADSL then ADSL2+ and now VDSL. I know know because I only had one master socket in the hallway, no extension phone lines.

Im just saying that VDSL is just as prone to issues as anything else....

I was praising virgin for sorting it withing a week... with openreach it takes weeks to get an engineer, then multiple visits usually to get issues resolved.

Yeah virgin tech always FREE OF CHARGE as many it come. They pretty quick than BT Openreach. BT sometimes charged for SFI and SFI2

As you can see, the connection is now 100%. infact its looking better than ever.

yes it does look much better. Wish my area had one of it like this with virgin media

What sort of speed are you getting from cabinet? 20M away?
