Today an Indian gentleman in a vm jacket, vm bag and clipboard knocked on my door and tried to get me to review my package as he said he could give me 100mb broadband cheaper than I'm currently paying. After turning him away I called vm retentions yet again to enquire.

It would seem that my free supercharge upgrade has now slipped to December 2014-April 2015.

I've been with VM for two years and have 60/3 broadband and the basic phone line. For that I pay £21.75/month plus the annual line saver payment.

I got offered 100/10 broadband on a 12 month contract for £10.50/month plus the annual line saver which I have already paid. I accepted that and got an immediate upgrade but the speed is 100/6. The huge price reduction is said to be due to a loyalty discount which will stay on my account for 18 months.
