Leaving Virgin

[link to this post]

Morning all, would appreciate a little advice before approaching Virgin with a problem.

My dad has recently had to move out of the home he occupies by himself due to health issues and is due to move into a nursing home shortly. I will therefore need to cancel his TV, Internet and Phone, but am still waiting for Lasting Power of Attorney (to manage his finances) to come through. Will Virgin even entertain me gettting in touch to cancel his service without the LPA?

Thanks in advance.

You can either be your dad or ring and ask what written notice is needed. Write that out and get your dad to sign.
