I have generally found Virgin Media CS very good to excellent. Only rarely have they provided a less than satisfactory services. Any weaknesses have been from the off-shore call centres. These you usually get if you ring out of UK office hours.
Maybe I have been lucky, or perhaps VM's detractors have been unlucky. Beware of those with an agenda to put you off VM.
I have also been very impressed with the broadband and TV service I have received. I pay for 152Mb and invariably get 160Mb, soon to be upgraded free-of-charge to 300Mb.
