Digging up the street is half the battle, actually turning your street on seems to take an age.

Virgin dug up my street this time last year yet I still can't get their service.

If you're in the LS10 area of Leeds it shouldn't be long now.

I've got a friend in the Hedge End part of Southampton (SO30 post code), a "new" (10/12 years) road that was dug up and ducting installed last year, but no sign of any services and cannot order. By comparison Sky FTTC is pretty slow - so really surprised VM haven't installed any actual cables.

plusnet unlimited fibre 80/20 since 2 Jun 14 - Sync as of 7th Aug 16: 55,355/10,291 kbps with G.INP

had a letter through the door asking for permission to dig up the road and also to meet with me to discuss access. There are no paths to our houses at our end of the road. This is in KY11 Dalgety Bay. So coming my way it would seem, still on BTs services but this time next year lets see what we have for offer !
