Well this is interesting.

Ignoring packetloss on the L2TP (Used an RB450G as CPE as I had it spare, need to swap it out with my X86 box later as it can't handle the speeds ) this is somewhat interesting.

Top graph is an AAISP IP routed down 2x L2TP tunnels to RB450G

It's a bit to early to tell for sure but what's interesting here is the L2TP graph doesn't appear to show the same spikes to 100ms+ commonly accocated with the Puma6 chipset in the SH6 nearly as frequently as the native IP graph

Whats also interesting is the AAISP BQM graphs (think they measure the LCP echo even on L2TP) don't show as high "Max" latency as the Thinkbroadband ones

Latency spikes (TCP/UDP/ICMP) are fixed in a beta/alpha FW pushed to ARRIS just last week.

Wonder how long it'll take VM to pick this up- but I gave up a few months ago anyway and got a SH2 in modem mode with a Linksys WRT1900ACS. No latency spikes, but latency still not up to par with other FTTC services anyway.

Yeh not surprised, then again I knew going in that the latency on cable would be worse than VDSL2 but I recently moved and the options were ADSL2+ or Virgin.
