It is - and to their credit they did sort the area out - even at peak times on the weekend it;s not getting congested at all - for now anyway smile

They need to push the upload though man, 20mb on 350mb connection?

Not that it matters around my neck of the woods at moment (over-utilised upstream.... somehow!)

Automatic. Dynamic modulation responding to better network conditions.

Many of Canada's cable networks are better, some are awful. Have worked on a couple, was an experience.
