Spotify CDN problem?

Spotify takes around 2 minutes to fully load on VM 350/20 but loads instantly on my other ISP - anyone else get this?

In saying this my Spotify does take long to open, I thought it was just Spotify as I've not tried another ISP.

It was a bit slower today on my other ISP but faster than on Virgin - I guess it's a mixture of ISP and Spotify.
