New installation question

Can someone tell me roughly the waiting time expected right now during covid19 pandamic.... Suppose I order today when would I expect to be connected?
I live in a low rise block of flats and postcode checks ok for virgin media ... One of my neighbours already has virgin media.
There is however no virgin media box inside my flat so some cabling needs to be done..... can anyone advise?

Virgin never stopped doing installs so have no backlog to work through.

I waited 10 working days in December.

If you are migrating from another ISP it's 10 working days at a minimum,
If no migration then it could be quicker.

That's nice to know I have just joined them for the M100 fiber, They gave me 17th June installation date but they mentioned that if they can't keep that appointment they will let me know...?
I was a bit surprised that the minimum guaranteed speed is only 54 Mbps but they say their own estimate is around110 mbps.

During the signing up process (online) I was asked to enter a password of up to 15 characters long ... Can someone tell me what that password is for?
I tried using it to log into into VM site but the password they use is only up to 10 characters Maxl
